Self-care is definitely important for your physical, emotional, and mental health. Sadly, a lot of people do not prioritize themselves and thus, do not practice self-care.

Mine includes a visit to the salon to have my hair and nails done, dancing (my own preferred exercise), enjoying a good meal without any distraction including phones, watching movies, meditating, and sleeping. Sounds like a lot yeah? Lol… Anyway, I feel they are not even enough. I need to add more so please share your routine. Maybe I can pick up one or two from yours.
